Officers, Directors and COMMITTEE Members
No member of the RMAUVSI, Executive Board, committees or staff shall derive any personal profit or gain, directly or indirectly, by reason of his or her participation in RMAUVSI. Each individual shall disclose to RMAUVSI any personal interest which he or she may have in any matter pending before the organization and shall refrain from participation in any decision on such matter.
Each member of the Executive Board shall complete the Conflict of Interest Statement (Attachment A) when joining the board and file it with the Secretary. All board members shall ensure their Conflict of Interest Statement is updated as changes occur.
