AUVSI LoneStar Chapter Mission Statement

The mission of the AUVSI Lone Star Chapter is to expand the understanding, acceptance, and use of unmanned technology across the state of Texas by serving as a resource that promotes the exchange of information and networking between the legislative, industrial, academic, operator, and user communities within the state.

Get Involved

Please consider supporting the following committees that are being formed to help us achieve our mission:

  • Meetings and Events - Help arrange dates, places, and logistics for monthly meetings across the state and coordinate with co-sponsored events
  • Communications - help maintain the Lone Star Chapter Website, support communications through social media (i.e. Twitter, Facebook,), and assist with the development of other publications
  • Business and Community Development - coordination with industry, operators, academia, and other organizations for the exchange of technical developments, unmanned related activities, etc.
  • Membership - develop and communicate member benefits to Lone Star Chapter member and coordinate membership activities to target and obtain new members
