Here's the "official" schedule for the presentations. They will spread over 2 days (Thursday and Friday)
We tried to fit as many teams from last year into the Thursday slot so that it wouldn't interfere with their Semi-final run on Friday (and so that it would be out of the way). If there's a team with a conflict on Friday we can move the presentation to an open slot, or swap two teams times.
Do bring your sub to the presentation.
Teams must be in place ~15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Presentations are 15-20 minutes long. Q&A is 5 minutes. Staging is 5 minutes.
1. Introduce team members present at the competition and identify other contributing team members and talk about how they are organized (technically or otherwise).
2. Specify your goals for this competition (which tasks are you attempting)
3. Present the vehicle design and speak about they design decisions relative to what is required to meet the goals in #2 above.
If you are a team with a legacy vehicle, tell the judges how you have evolved to meet a higher performance or to meet this year's tasks.
4. Mention the sponsors and a bit about each sponsors contributions
5. What about your design is innovative or unique.

I know I replied to this...
Because of the number of teams this year, we're are discussing spreading out the oral presentation over two days (Thursday and Friday).
We are still trying to work all of this out. More details to follow soon.
